Mr. Sybi Kuruvilla Varghese is the Founder and Principal Advisor at Korul, bringing over two decades of legal expertise with a focus on practical, business-aligned solutions for both individuals and corporations. His career spans across the USA, Middle East, India, Europe, and Africa, giving him a deep understanding of diverse legal systems and international business practices.

Mr. Sybi has held senior legal leadership roles within multinational organizations, where he successfully established in-house legal departments, advised on corporate governance, and supported complex commercial transactions across sectors including oil & gas, telecommunications, banking, shipping & logistics, and IT-enabled services.

He has worked extensively with executive leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders, offering legal strategies that support long-term business objectives while managing legal risk with precision.
